About Me

Joe Street Rock Climbing

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been an active person. Whether it was racing mountain bikes, catching waves on a surfboard, lifting weights at the gym, or hitting the pavement for a run, staying active has always been a big part of my life. But as I got further into adulthood, life started to shift. Between the stresses of work and the convenience of unhealthy habits, I found myself slipping into patterns I didn’t recognize: binge eating, low motivation, and a general sense of laziness that left me feeling stuck and unsatisfied.

Those habits crept in slowly, but the results were clear. I gained weight (26 lbs.), lost lots of muscle mass, my health began to deteriorate, my asthma worsened, and my energy levels plummeted. I was frustrated and overwhelmed, wondering how I had gotten so far away from the active, vibrant person I used to be. It was during this time that I realized the harsh truth: the world around us isn’t set up to make staying healthy and fit easy. Convenience foods, busy schedules, and a lack of emphasis on self-care often set us up for failure. But I decided I wasn’t going to let that be my story.

My journey back to health wasn’t easy. It took commitment, trial and error, and a lot of education. I dove into learning about fitness, nutrition, and what it truly takes to make meaningful, sustainable changes. Along the way, I rebuilt my habits, became more driven, and transformed my mindset. Today, I’m healthier, stronger, more confident, and more satisfied with my life than ever before. But perhaps the biggest takeaway from my journey is this: it didn’t have to take so long. If I had worked with a coach, someone to guide me, hold me accountable, and help me avoid common pitfalls, I could have reached this point so much sooner.

I want to help others achieve the same health and fitness goals because I know how powerful it is to break free from unhealthy habits and take control of your life.

I’ve been where you are—feeling stuck in patterns that drain your energy and hold you back from the vibrant, active life you want to lead. It’s frustrating and overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be that way. By helping others correct the same bad habits I faced, I can save you from the struggle and confusion I went through. I want to be the guide I wish I had—someone who not only understands the challenges but also knows the practical steps to make lasting change.

My goal is to empower you with the knowledge, support, and accountability to build healthier habits, so you can live a life that’s active, energetic, and fulfilling. Your journey is unique, but you don’t have to walk it alone—I’m here to help you make those shifts and achieve the results you deserve.
